I’ve, recently, had my BP taken 3 times by a medical professional at a facility…today being the latest (today was important).

Each time it was elevated above my normal but each time I was told it’s ok. It has been elevated a little when taken at home. Not off the charts but higher than normal.

To the medical professionals here on ugm or anyone for that matter…

Is what I have posted below not considered alarming?

They do have studies that show blood pressure in this range over the long term isn’t ideal and I assume you know that or you would have posted this… lol

Are you sure it wasn’t just nervousness from being at the doctor? What do you use to measure blood pressure at home?

I would think it could be a difference in measurement tool accuracy

Give it a month. You’ll be back down. It’s not that bad. Plus did you have anything to elevate it? Coffee etc?

Yeah. Have plenty of stress as of late.

I have a wrist and arm cuff at the house. It’s been elevated by my readings too.

I do know and I have been extremely slack in that area. No excuses other than pure unadulterated laziness…I’m good at it. Hahaha

I get it cardio sucks but it’s something that gets easier once you make it a habit. IMO you’ve done a great job maintaining muscle mass so sprinkling in cardio will take it to the next level. Obviously the choice is yours.

I know my 10
Minute pwo cardio ain’t cutting this week with being off work. Walking 1-2 inst ad of 6-7 miles a day

I rip nicotine pouches, they will def spike your BP. That actually doesn’t seem too bad for lots of coffee and nicotine. If you already discontinued Tbol, I’d say start trying to cut back on the nicotine and caffeine that may get you trending back in the right direction.
