Just had my chest bicep……. I mean leg day today completed all sets and reps with same or more weight then last week. Can hardly walk out to car but I guess that’s what I get for having @PHD and his girl coaching me. Lmao. This is probably his warm up for his workout.
Also weight down to 234 now from 245. Few more pounds then goNna increase calories.
Hit chest arm shoulder day today. Couldn’t figure out any shoulder stuff except bands. Can work traps but do that on back day. Triceps aren’t an issue to work but the only chest thing I can do is crossovers on a peck deck. Tried incline bench bar only. Can get full range of motion with it but felt too painful to push it so left it alone. So for chest I did 12 sets of crossovers medium weight 12 to 15 reps each side. 10 sets tricep push down on cable machine then 2 sets tricep machine that’s set up like preacher curls did second set as drop set with four drops then an isoholds to failure on last rep. Triceps feel smoked chest kinda feels worked but not as much as I’d like. Tomorrow will be leg day again.
Deca for joint pain- masking pain, giving a false sense of stability by allowing you to lift heavier than you should…. And now we have a shoulder injury.
Am not lifting heavier at all. For shoulders just using light bands the deca was just a little extra lube that’s all. But when I informed pHD girl what I was doing she told me it was a waste and not to do it. Am on NPP anyways adding the extra has no benefit for me at this point and is only taxing my receptors more then is necessary.
This is why I always chime in and say stop using nandrolone “for joints” it gives a false sense of security, allows for the user to increase volume and intensity past what they should.
I would have loved to use nandrolone in my current mix but with my elbow and knee being recently hurt, it’s the smarter move with longevity in mind to actually be able to hear your body saying stop. Or back off.
