Yeah I don’t put much faith in those things. There are some that are really good. Whoop was just way too inconsistent for me. I think Aura makes a good one
It’s absolutely sucks if you are awake at night. I have excellent results, better than my Garmin watch, but the second you have to be awake for an extended period through the night it has a melt down. Everything goes to shit.
I don’t know how it could confuse adrenaline with sleep.
It actually malfunctioned multiple times im seeing though and they didn’t do anything just blamed you SMH
Exactly why I quit paying $30 a month. I really need to track my sleep to see if I’m actually recovering during day time sleep. Try to figure out when I’m getting good rest. But it would just drop whole days worth of data. Like would record nothing one day, and then all of my Data would be off my day. I’ve actually tried it twice.
They finally came out with night shift features… and it got worse. I lost more data.
I would hope so for @NeuroRN also that’s just crazy especially because there are other platforms I believe that are proven. I don’t use any but alot of people do use the fitbit?
This would be something I’d probably be even more interested in (assuming it is accurate and doesn’t glitch), as I can keep pretty good track of my activities and diet, but ensuring you are getting enough sleep to grow and recover is probably extremely underrated.
I think so. I think the hr and strain tracking of whoop when you say you are starting and exercise was pretty spot on in my experience. But the reason I got it was for sleep. And it sucked.
Wife bought VeryFitPro for me for Christmas. It’s a low end version of all the different ones. It seems to work ok. It monitors my sleep exactly It also monitors my steps. It’ll monitor running etc but I don’t run. Seems to work ok… no monthly fees and has hands on watch… my favorite.
